GDPR
Lawful basis: consent for optional email; legitimate interest / research consent for anonymous survey analytics. Access, correction, and erasure requests: glyfty.glyffio@gmail.com.
Data retention
Raw survey responses retained up to 24 months for analysis, then aggregated or deleted. Opt-in email lists retained until unsubscribe. Analytics events retained per tooling defaults.
Anonymous responses
Core survey fields avoid personal identifiers. Do not include secrets, customer PII, or confidential contracts in free text.
Research-only use
All responses will be analysed to understand industry practices and identify common trends. Findings may be shared in aggregated and anonymised form. We will not publish or attribute your individual responses without your explicit permission.
No sale or advertising use
We do not sell participant data or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing. All responses are used only for the research purposes described in this study.
