Lawful basis: consent for optional email; legitimate interest / research consent for anonymous survey analytics. Access, correction, and erasure requests: glyfty.glyffio@gmail.com.
Data retention
Raw survey responses retained up to 24 months for analysis, then aggregated or deleted. Opt-in email lists retained until unsubscribe. Analytics events retained per tooling defaults.
Anonymous responses
Core survey fields avoid personal identifiers. Do not include secrets, customer PII, or confidential contracts in free text.
Research-only usage
Data used to produce industry findings, benchmarks, and methodology updates. Not used to train sales sequences from survey answers.
No selling
We do not sell participant data. No third-party advertising networks on this research hub mock.
